JAZZ IN JUNE

Every Tuesday in June, from 5:00 - 8:45 p.m., the Jazz in June series fills the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s sculpture garden with music, food, and community. Thousands gather for this beloved, family-friendly summer tradition. Local vendors open in the early evening, followed by world-class live jazz performances under the summer sky.

Since 1907, the Lincoln Municipal Band has been a city musical tradition. Every summer, they offer free Sunday evening concerts at 7:00 p.m. at the Shildneck Bandshell in Antelope Park. The band also supports music education through school outreach and an annual Young Artist Competition.
