Multi-platinum classic rock legends are set to take the stage in Lincoln this summer!

REO Speedwagon and special guests Night Ranger will rock the Pinewood Bowl Theater in Lincoln’s Pioneers Park on Saturday, June 15th, 2024.

Formed in 1967, signed in 1971, and fronted by iconic vocalist Kevin Cronin since 1972, REO Speedwagon’s unrelenting drive and non-stop touring and recording jump-started the burgeoning rock movement in the Midwest. Platinum albums and radio staples soon followed, setting the stage for releasing the band’s explosive Hi Infidelity in 1980, which contained the massive hit singles “Keep On Loving You” and “Take It On the Run.” That landmark album spent 15 weeks in the No. 1 slot and has since earned the RIAA’s coveted 10X Diamond Award for surpassing sales of 10 million units in the United States.

The San Fran-based 80s-era pop-metal quintet Night Ranger will be opening the show. The band's current version features three original members: guitarist Brad Gillis, singer/bassist Jack Blades, and singer/drummer Kelly Keagy. Night Ranger's albums Dawn Patrol and Midnight Madness hit the charts, as did the keyboard-peppered rock hits "Don't Tell Me You Love Me," "(You Can Still) Rock in America," and the power ballad "Sister Christian."
