At Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS), our mission is simple but powerful: to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. For over 50 years, BBBS in Lincoln has matched caring adult volunteers (“Bigs”) with young people (“Littles”) to build bonds that can transform both lives for the better.

Doug Ganz’s life reflects the city’s deep sense of community and connection. A longtime banking leader and active board member for organizations like Cedars, the Lincoln Symphony, and the Community Health Endowment, Doug values family, local relationships, and giving back. He credits Lincoln’s growth and success to residents who share their time, talent, and resources to keep the city thriving.
